I haven't seen this ad yet, usually just the old Toys R Us or Mattel annual ads are out there. What's interesting is the other contemporaneous ads featured along with it, the fact that there is another Barbie house AND the other house has a bigger picture! This must have ben the last year the yellow and red version of the house was advertised.

Circa 1980? $20 for all the furniture was a tremendous value. I remember the house being around $97 or $98 but that was around 1982 or so. I had both, I know spoiled rotten, I remember my average 11x12 room being so full of toys with these items, Smurfs, Strawberry Shortcake, Starwars and He Man it was difficult to walk in without stepping on toys. Lol
